What does it cost?

How long does approval take?
Most business applications are reviewed within one business day. Individual sellers are auto-approved at signup — you can start listing immediately.
How do payouts work?
You enter your bank details in Seller portal → Settings. Payouts run automatically as orders ship. Banking data is encrypted at rest and masked in the UI — even your own seller admins only see the last-4.
What about taxes?
We collect and remit sales tax for all U.S. states with marketplace facilitator laws. You handle income tax on your end — we send you a 1099-NEC at year end once you provide a W-9 in your seller settings.
Can I sell across multiple warehouses?
Yes — add as many warehouse locations as you have. The routing engine picks the closest stocked warehouse per buyer order automatically. No extra cost for additional locations.
What if a buyer needs a refund or return?
The returns flow runs through our admin staff to keep buyer experience consistent. Vendor-side refunds for your own lines are uncapped — you can refund any amount on lines you fulfilled. Pre-ship cancels release inventory automatically.
