Sell where independent retailers still win.
The big marketplaces are rigged for whoever can spend the most on ads and warehouse space. We built iOrderTrack on the opposite premise: the seller who can actually deliver the order best should win it. Period.

Why we exist
We are tired of the big businesses closing all the small stores. We are here to help the small and medium business grow.
Over the last two decades a handful of giant retailers and warehouses ate the long tail of independent commerce. The pattern is familiar: subsidize loss-leading prices until competitors can't survive, then turn the surviving sellers into low-margin suppliers paying ever-rising ad and fulfillment fees to reach "their own" customers. The customer never sees this. The seller signs the terms-of-service and finds out later.
iOrderTrackruns differently on purpose. The order-routing engine doesn't care about your ad spend, your subscription tier, or your size — it cares about who can fulfill the buyer's order fastest and cheapest. A two-person shop with the right inventory in the right zip code beats a megacenter on the other side of the country, every time.
How iOrderTrack is different
Fair-rotation routing
The engine deliberately spreads orders across qualified sellers within a fairness window. A newer seller with great inventory gets matched orders too — not just whoever underbid by a nickel. The result: real opportunity for small catalogs, not just decoration.
Closest seller wins
Distance matters. The closer you are to the buyer, the more orders flow your way — faster shipping, lower freight, lower carbon footprint. Local retailers finally have a structural advantage on a national platform.
Flat 5% per product, transparent forever
A flat 5% per product when an order ships. No monthly subscription. No listing fees. No featured-placement bidding. No surprise category surcharges. The fee is published, public, and the same for everyone — your competitor isn't paying less to outrank you.
No pay-to-play ads
We don't sell sponsored search slots. We don't demote your listing because someone else paid more. Buyers see the actual best-priced, in-stock seller — not whichever seller spent the most this week. That keeps the marketplace honest for everyone.
Multi-warehouse from day one
List as many shipping locations as you have — no extra cost. The engine picks the closest stocked location per buyer, so you save on freight and your buyer gets faster shipping. Most marketplaces flatten this into a single "seller address" and waste your geography.
You own your relationship
We don't hide your buyers from you. Buyers see your seller name on their order. Reviews are tied to your storefront. When a buyer wants to come back to you specifically, they can — we don't scrub seller identity to keep buyers locked to the platform.
One unified checkout = more conversion
Buyers don't need to know which seller has what. They check out once; we split orders into per-seller shipments automatically. That single-cart experience converts dramatically better than forcing buyers to bounce between standalone Shopify storefronts.
Verified reviews build real trust
Only verified purchasers can review. No paid review schemes, no astroturf. Your rating reflects real customer experience — and good ratings translate to better routing priority. Earned, not bought.
How we stack up
Where iOrderTrackfits in the marketplace landscape. None of the alternatives are bad — they're built for different sellers. We're built for small and medium independent retailers who want a fair shot.
| What you care about | iOrderTrack | Amazon | eBay / Etsy | Standalone Shopify |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Platform fee per sale | Flat 5% per product | 8–15% + FBA fees | 6.5–13% + listing fees | 0% (you pay Shopify subscription instead) |
| Monthly subscription | None | $39.99 (Professional) | $5–$60 (Etsy Plus, eBay Store) | $29–$2,000+ |
| How buyers find you | Closest stocked + fair rotation | Pay for sponsored placement | Listing-level promoted ads | You buy your own ads |
| Ad / promotion fees | None — no sponsored slots exist | Avg 10–15% additional ad spend | 1–15% promoted-listing rate | External (Google / Meta) cost-per-click |
| Multi-warehouse routing | Built-in, free | FBA only (your inventory, their warehouse, their fees) | Manual — you pick which to ship from | Not native — needs plugins |
| Buyer relationship | Visible to buyer, repeat-purchase friendly | Buyer-seller comms heavily restricted | Direct messaging supported | Yours entirely |
| Your own storefront | Branded seller page | Buried in product page small print | Yes, with limits | Full control |
| Time to first sale | Hours after approval (~1 business day) | Days–weeks (approvals, listing optimization) | Hours, but requires manual promotion | Weeks–months (you build the audience) |
Fee structures shown are typical published rates for U.S. sellers in mainstream categories as of 2026. Actual fees vary by category, tier, and program enrollment.
A real day on the platform
Here's what selling on iOrderTrack actually looks like — the loop a working seller runs through every day.
- Morning. Open the seller dashboard. New shipments from overnight orders sit at the top — already routed to whichever warehouse is closest to each buyer. You click Acknowledge, print the labels, and hand them off to your shipper.
- Midday. New stock arrives. You bulk-import a CSV with updated quantities — or just type new on-hand numbers per location. The engine immediately starts routing buyers who needed those SKUs to you instead of a stockout fallback.
- Afternoon.A buyer leaves a 5-star review on a product you ship. Your seller rating ticks up, which feeds into the routing engine — better rating means more matched orders. No money changed hands. The competition can't buy their way past it.
- End of day. Check the Reports tab. Last-30-day revenue, units shipped, gross margin per SKU, top-10 sellers, month-over-month trendline. You export to QuickBooks in one click and forget about it until tax time.
Built for the seller, not the platform
Every design decision on iOrderTrack traces back to one question: does this make small and medium businesses stronger, or does it extract more from them? We say no to:
- Pay-to-play search rankings.Buyers see the actually-best offer. Period. We don't auction off the top of the page.
- Private-label cloning. We are not a competing retailer in disguise. We don't run our own "basics" line that suspiciously matches your top SKUs.
- Hidden fees.5%. Published. The same number for everyone. If we ever change it, you'll know months in advance with grandfathering options.
- Buyer-hostage tactics. Your buyer can find you again. Your seller name is visible. Your store has its own page. Repeat business is yours to earn.
- Marketing-data extraction. We don't sell your sales data to third-party brand-analytics firms. What you sold to whom stays inside iOrderTrack.
